Like most American presidents, Joe Biden is a dogfight. Having a dog seems to agree well with the American people who seem to see dog ownership as a trait for other traits they like. As such, dogs are handy political props. Hard times struggling with Congress? A scandal brewing? Bearing numbers matter? Do you need to look more energetic? Less energetic? No matter, get the pooch strapped on and ready for the 100-foot walk from Marine One to the White House door. Problem solved. Or at least derived from. However, Biden will at least temporarily receive no dog support in the White House, as CNN reports that the first family’s two German shepherds were sent back to the Biden family home in Delaware last week after a ‘biting incident’. ”
The youngest of the Biden dogs, the 3-year-old major, was responsible for the said ‘incident’, according to CNN. Major, who was adopted from an animal shelter in Delaware in November 2018, apparently noticed a member of the White House security. For a better understanding of Major’s attitude in the White House, we turn to CNN, who spoke to insiders and said that Major had shown riotous behavior on several occasions, including jumping, barking and to charge ‘staff’ and ‘security’. ‘The oldest of the presidential German shepherds, Champ, is 13, and has been in the block enough times to be completely impressed by the behavior of his running mate.

This is not the first time Major has made headlines; Biden, then elected president, suffered a hair break in his single Thanksgiving weekend which he said happened during a session with Major.
