Best Buy’s new PS5 stock goes down better than expected

Acquiring a PlayStation 5 has been an unfortunate endeavor for many people around the world over the past few months, but it seems to be finally starting to get a little easier to conquer Sony’s next-generation console. If there is an indication of the latest stock that took place at Best Buy today, the coming weeks and months could bring more smiles than sadness.

Best Buy today released a whole bunch of new PS5 units for sale, and based on some reactions from customers on social media, the process went much better than it did before. Although not everyone today could get the PS5 for themselves, it seems that the number of success stories is much greater than normal.

Part of the reason this may be the case is because Best Buy today released several waves of PS5 consoles. Although the first wave went into effect earlier this morning, units resurfaced until noon all day. Those who remained consistent in their efforts to pick up the system were apparently rewarded, as long as they kept things going long enough.

Another reason why things seem much more successful today is because Best Buy has started limiting orders to certain regions and stores. This of course meant that some potential customers could not get a PS5 at the end if their local store had no stock, but the retail chain seems to be consolidating its in-store supply a bit more. . Before long, that might mean we’ll see the PlayStation 5 appear on the shelves.
