Bengals draft 2021: Anthony Muñoz reveals his choice for number 5 overall

Former Cincinnati Bengals tackle and Bengals’ recent Ring of Honor Inductee, Anthony Muñoz, has revealed who he is on the overall no. 5 would choose if he were given the choice.

During a press conference Thursday morning, the recent entrant for the first Ring of Honor class asked questions from the media.

One such question was about the first round of Bengals and who he would take if he took power.

‘Although he was a nemesis for my Trojans, I would have to go with Eugene’s husband, Oregon, Penei [Sewell], ”He said during the press conference.

He then mentions all the names the Bengals have added to the offensive line over the past few years, implying that Sewell would be a good name to add to that mix.

“I think if I was called Joe Burrow, I would be pretty happy,” he concluded.

It is no surprise that Muñoz appreciates the position he has played in Cincinnati for 13 years. As one of the best games in NFL history, the young Oregon Duck was highly regarded.

Muñoz also joked that if he could pick the next seven Ring of Honor fans, they would all have offensive lineouts. He has joined TJ Houshmandzadeh among former Bengals who want to focus on the attacking line in the draft.
