“Upon investigation, the relevant content of BBC World News’ China-related reports violated the relevant provisions of the ‘Regulations on the Administration of Radio and Television’ and the ‘Administrative Measures for Landing Overseas Satellite TV Channels’. “violates the requirements that news must be true and fair, harm China’s national interests and undermine China’s national unity,” the NRTA said in a statement.
