Assassin’s Creed Valhalla calls for transmogrification

Hope you are ready for spring, Valhalla vikings, because another seasonal festival is about to start in the settlement. Ubisoft’s next title update for Assassin’s Creed Valhalla tomorrow will add gear distortion so Eivor always looks their best. Later this week, the new spring festival offers some new challenges and benefits for you.

Valhalla’s Ostara Festival runs from Thursday 18 March to 8 April. Just like the winter festival, Ubisoft says Ravensthorpe will get some makeup and new activities. This time the town will bloom. You also have egg hunts to participate in and new rewards to earn. More information about the festival will appear later this week when it starts, they say.

The new title update is also the ability to change the look of your equipment and armor. For the silver of 50, Gunnar, the blacksmith in Ravensthorpe, will change the look of your equipment into something from the same category of articles. Transmogs are always welcome in RPGs. It is a pity to choose between equipment with good statistics and good appearance.

You can find the rest of the patch notes on Ubisoft’s website. It is also striking that a camera-camera option will enable a more zoomed-in camera view to run around, but can retreat during a fight. Ubisoft also says: “There will now be more cats throughout England.” Huzzah!

Ubisoft says that updating the title 1.2.0 will be about 15.85GB for PC players. It is expected to start tomorrow, March 16 at 12:00 GMT.
