Ashley Tisdale ‘never felt pain’ like plantar fasciitis

Ashley Tisdale is the latest celebrity to make public the more painful aspects of pregnancy, and recently said that her pregnancy-induced plantar fasciitis caused a level of pain she had never experienced before.

“The worst part so far during this pregnancy is my plantar fasciitis,” the ‘High School Musical’ star, 35, wrote on her Instagram Story Friday. “It literally hurts just to walk on my feet. I’ve never felt this way before, and I hope that once the baby is here, allow it. ‘

She added: “I know there can be worse things, but for someone who is constantly on their feet, it can be quite unbearable.”

Plantar fasciitis is a condition that causes inflammation of the tissue that runs across the bottom of your foot and connects your heel bone to your toes. According to the Mayo Clinic, it can cause a severe stinging sensation when walking, especially after waking up or after standing or sitting for too long.

After following up on fans’ progress on her unborn nursery, Tisdale began responding to followers concerned about her health.

“It’s awful,” she begins the clip. ‘It hurts a lot – it hurts to just walk anywhere every day. It’s like your bows are starting to collapse because of the weight that’s on my body. ‘

She continued, “I think she’s £ 7 now and I’ve never worn it before and I’m very short, I’m 5’3”, so yeah, it was definitely painful. I really hope it will eventually disappear or if she’s outside of me. ‘

“If you have any suggestions, please let me know, let me know what to do,” she added.

Tisdale confirmed she was expecting her first child with her husband, Christopher French, in September.
