CONDADO ORANGE, FLORIDA – The ex-gardener of the Boston Red Sox, Johnny Damon, was arrested in Orange County the fires on the mountain along with his wife and several multiple cargoes, including conducting both alcohol effects.
Damon was arrested by Windermere police as early as 8:15 a.m. and charged with driving under the influence and resisting an official without violence. At the same time his wife Michelle Mangan-Damon was arrested and sent charges of aggression to an agent of the league.
The records show that Damon has a blood alcohol level of .20.
Damon and his wife, residents of Orlando, were detained at the Department of Corrections of the Orange County.
