The front pages were posted by dvglzv on their Instagram account. So far, eight of the nine covers have been placed out of the “limited edition of nine issues”. Although the first three covers are titled based on the corresponding decade in which the actual episode is housed, coverage four to eight contains the actual names of the episodes from the Disney + series.
If you browse the dvglzv page, you will also see classic comics for each episode of Season 2 of The Mandalorian and based on the trailers for Zack Snyder’s Justice League and the coming The Batman.
WandaVision ended its first and apparently only season on March 5th. In the final series, Wanda freed the city of Westview from her enchantment and removed her children and her version of Vision from her existence. On a scene after credits, however, Wanda learned the secrets of the country Darkhold and to hear the voices of her children, indicating that they can no longer go away. Vision, meanwhile, lives on in some form in White Vision, which has already received Westview Vision’s memories.
Wanda will play a prominent role in Doctor Strange in the multiverse of madness. In terms of Vision, Marvel has not announced its future plans for the character.
Next for Marvel Studio and Disney + is The falcon and the winter soldier, which premiered on March 19th. Other series in the works include Loki, Hawkeye, Mrs. Marvel, She-Hulk, Moon Knight and a series based on Black Pantherse Wakanda. At the latest Disney Investor Day presentation, the House of Mouse also announced projects based on Secret Invasion, Iron Heart and Armored Wars is being developed, as well as a collection of shorts following Baby Big titled I’m Great. Finally, the animated What if …? will premiere in the summer of 2021.
Written by Jac Schaeffer and directed by Matt Shakman, WandaVision plays Elizabeth Olsen as Wanda Maximoff / Scarlet Witch, Paul Bettany as Vision, Randall Park as agent Jimmy Woo, Kat Dennings as Darcy Lewis, Teyonah Parris as Monica Rambeau and Kathryn Hahn as Agnes. The series is available to stream on Disney +.
