Zach Avery, actor who appeared in songs like “Fury”, “The White Crow” or “Bajo la misma piel”, has been arrested in Los Angeles for missing his involvement in a ponzi scheme that defrauded 227 million dollars in various investments mediating fictional movies with HBO, Netflix and other platforms.

Avery engaged in inversions claiming to have “strategic associations” with HBO, Netflix and other platforms to obtain licenses for distribution abroad, and the promotion of a return of benefits of up to 40% in one year.
According to the FBI, the prosecution has no agreement and divides large part of the money for his personal benefit. Use of the funds to buy a house in Beverlywood in 2018, living now that is for sale for 6.5 million dollars. The actor has been accused of electronic fraud and could face up to 20 years in prison if he is found guilty.
As of December 2019, Avery’s company has added more than 160 pages and its investments. An investor from the mayor, JJMT Capital, LLC, sees the 160 million dollars and the capital of 59 million and ganancias. In total, Avery has a total of 227 million dollars worth of inversions.
Federal fiscal Alexander Schwab pleaded guilty to the charges against Jean P.
