The first Sunday in March is becoming the biggest day of the year for fanatics of the British royal family – and also for anyone who likes inconveniences.
In a move that has raised many eyebrows over the timing, Westminster Abbey’s official website published on Monday 22 February that Queen Elizabeth II will deliver her annual speech in honor of Commonwealth Day on Sunday, March 7th. The message will be broadcast during a special BBC One title A celebration for Commonwealth Day, which replaces the personal service of the Commonwealth Day that was planned for March 8, but which was canceled due to the pandemic.
The Queen will appear in a pre-recorded message from Windsor Castle Prince Charles, Prince William, Kate Middleton and Sophie, Countess of Wessex will also participate in the event.
And now, here things get exciting. As royal followers know, March 7 is also the day that Oprah Winfrey will interview Meghan Markle and Prince Harry for CBS, which is the couple’s first couple since they announced they were expecting their second child.
