At least 27 positive COVID-19 cases have been detected in the epidemiological blockade activated in the Sopocachi zone between 26 and 30 December. A total of 442 rapid coronavirus tests have been applied by edil sanitary personnel.

According to Arroyo, of the 27 positive 10 cases, the result of the visit was a maximum of 970 deaths from medical staff to 291 rapid tests to identify COVID-19 cases, and the remaining 17 were identified between the Sopocachi and El Carmen markets.
“164 PCR tests were carried out in order to corrupt the rapid tests”, indicated and advised that Sopocachi Center was identified as the sector with the highest incidence of cases.
Arroyo informs that in the perimeter of Sopocachi, of more than 17 kilometers, control inspections are carried out in markets, supermarkets, squares, pharmacies, health establishments, public spaces, banks and calls and avenues, among others.
Arroyo adelantó que con el Servicio Departamental de Salud se profila apply protocols and medidas integral preventiveas en todo el municipio, porque La Paz ingresó a la segunda ola de cases de COVID-19.
“There is no effective attempt to implement epidemiologic blocks separately in the barriers, but now there are tenses (integral) as well as the control of biosecurity media in the economic activities and also in the population. It is working on an integral proposal with the Sedes, which will be considered by the Committee on Operations of the Emergency Department (COED) next week, ”he said.
