Two of the teens were arrested at the scene Monday morning for filming the incident, while a third fled the scene, and was only later arrested by border police at his grandmother in the Issawiya neighborhood east of Jerusalem.
The report added that two of the suspects arrested are minors and that all three residents of the Old City are in Jerusalem.
