Apple’s Heart Moon Activity Challenge Requires 60 Minutes of Exercise on Valentine’s Day

Only today can Apple Watch owners complete a new Apple Watch activity challenge in celebration of Heart Month, aimed at promoting cardiovascular health.

Apple Watch Heart Month Challenge

The challenge, listed in the Fitness app on the iPhone, gives users the task of earning 60 minutes on their workout ring.

Show your heart a little love. Get this award by earning 60 minutes on your Exercise this Valentine’s Day, February 14th.

Completing the challenge will award users with a unique badge that can be seen on the Fitness app Summary tab on ‌iPhone‌ and the Activity app awards section on Apple Watch.

Activity challenges are often related to special occasions or holidays during the year, including Earth Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day and New Year. Earlier in February, Apple launched a challenge from Unity to celebrate black history and instructed users to close their Move rings seven times in a row during the month.
