Good news for anyone who signed up for the free year of Apple TV + that came with the purchase of new Apple hardware – Apple adds extra time to your free trial.
9to5 Mac first reported on the expansion and shared that any Apple TV + subscription that will expire from now until June will now be extended until July 2021.
Apple has already extended the free trial period once, in October. At that point, the trial was extended to February 2021. At that point, Apple announced that it would reimburse customers who were already paying for the service in the form of credits.
If you are currently using the free trial of Apple TV +, you will need to email the update in the next few weeks. 9to5 Mac confirms that Apple will once again offer credit refunds for paying subscribers. Apple TV + subscribers who pay for a monthly plan will receive a store credit of $ 4.99 for the trial extension period from February to June. Credit refunds are also offered to Apple One bundle subscribers, which covers the $ 4.99 cost of Apple TV +.
Watch the extended free trial of Apple TV + and watch the new second season of Dickinson, Cord Cutters News’ Favorite Reader Ted Lasso, the first season of For all mankind before the second season airs on February 19, and the upcoming film Palmer on January 29th.
