Apple today sent out email invitations to developers inviting them to participate in various events focused on specific iOS, iPadOS, and macOS features such as widgets and app clips.

A widget-oriented event called “Building Great Widget Experiences” will take place on February 1, 2021 and will provide developers with opportunities to learn new techniques to create useful Widget pages for their applications.
We want you to join us in building great widget experiences on Monday, February 1st, 2021. This event is held online.
Convenient and enjoyable, with widgets, you can enhance and display key content from your app where users can see it at a glance on iPhone, iPad and Mac. They can also help users personalize their home screens in unique ways. Join us for an in-depth look at building amazing widget experiences.
There’s a separate event on Monday 15th February titled “Bring Your iPad App to Mac”, and another event called “Building Great App Clip Experiences” which focuses on the App Clips feature launched in iOS 14.
Developers invited to these sessions can ask Apple employees questions, as can the online events that Apple held for WWDC last year.
