Apple has quietly launched a one-on-one mentorship program

Apple has begun accepting applications for a new mentorship program aimed at helping first-generation college students. In a PDF obtained by MacRumors, the company details Launch @ Apple. The document invites undergraduate and graduate students of immigrant college who are studying finance, economics, accounting, or a field of study related to business, math, commerce, or data analysis, to apply for the one-on-one opportunity at Apple mentors to get. The document notes that there will also be opportunities for job placement, as well as paid internships and internships.

The program is limited to students who have a parent or guardian who has not obtained their own university degree. The company is also looking for individuals who are ‘eager to learn about finance work in a fast-paced, innovative environment’. Apple accepts applications until Friday, January 8, 2021. To apply, students must answer 18 questions that address, among other things, their legal status in the U.S., GPA and aspirations.
