Apex Legends adds popular feature in season 8

It would seem that Apex Legends will eventually receive a damage tracker in the game when season 8 for the title begins, which is expected to take place in February. If you are somehow unfamiliar, there is currently no way to determine the damage done during the current game. However, this will soon be a thing of the past.

Apex Legends design director Jason McCord initially indicated that the much-sought-after damage detector would come into play next week with a new patch, but he has since revised the statement. According to McCord, the damage detector in the game did not make the upcoming patch, but it should be present when season 8 launches. You can see on Twitter below what he had to say about a damage detection:

In general, it continues to sound like the coming seasons are a huge season Apex Legends. “Season 8 is going to be amazing, it’s amazing,” Apex Legends said game director Chad Grenier earlier this month. “And you know, worked almost entirely from home. Season 9 is not going to lie, and is also going to be great. […] In season 9 you are going to see some important things that you did not expect. ‘

Apex Legends is currently available for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and PC and is in the midst of Season 7 – Ascension. At this point, season 8 is expected to begin in February 2021. You can see all our previous coverage of the popular video game here.
