After a number of teasing that took place on social media today, Epic Games has made things official and announced that Ant-Man is now available for purchase in Fornite. The iconic Marvel superhero is one of the last characters to be added to the 5th season of the popular Battle Royale shooter, but he could very well be one of the coolest.
As usual, Ant-Man is not the only thing that came to mind Fortnite in this new field drop. Although the character skin for the shrinking superhuman looks good in itself, its accompanying equipment is also quite excellent. Along with buying Ant-Man on his own, Fortnite players can also pin a new pickaxe that is merely an oil fluff on a toothpick. It’s a cute addition that fits in with Ant-Man’s smaller size. Finally, a new glider has also been added which is of course just an ant.
Sorry we did not see you there Ant-Man.

As mentioned, Ant-Man is actually going to be one of the last new skins to be added Fortnite here in season 5. The current battle pass of the game will end on March 15, meaning season 6 is around the corner. And while we do not know what Epic could envision for this new content season, it will certainly see the addition of many more characters from the popular media.
Once again, Ant-Man is ready for this second in the Fortnite item shop. No matter if you play on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Nintendo Switch, PC or mobile devices, you need to be able to spend your own V-Bucks to grab the beloved superhero.
