The Mario update in Animal Crossing: New Horizons is just around the corner. The update, initially scheduled for March, will appear on February 25 instead. While this is a small remark for many, it actually means so much more. Fortunately, this is only going to make ACNH fans very happy.
SwitchForce on YouTube feels that Nintendo is thinking a lot about the launch date for upcoming updates. The reason for this is the anniversary of Animal Crossing: New Horizons. Since one of the most successful games on Nintendo was completed one year from launch, the company wants to give fans something exciting.
Animal Crossing New Horizons May Celebrate Sanrio Residents
Fans may remember the Sanrio cards that teased Nintendo a while ago. The launch of the cards is on March 26, six days after ACNH’s anniversary. SwitchForce believes this is not accidental. This is actually the ideal opportunity for Nintendo to make major changes to the game for a so-called ‘Season Two’.
He feels that Nintendo has deliberately avoided making the Mario update a major update. Apart from items and clothing, there is not much that arrives with the February 25 update. Fans obviously get the cool chain pipe feature, but it’s not as good as new villagers.
The idea to keep the Mario update simple is to save big changes for an upcoming anniversary update. With the upcoming patch marked as 1.8, Switch believes the March update will eventually transition to 2.0. This update will introduce all Sanrio residents to the map collection launched for launch next month.
Looking back on the time fans thought Brewster would return to ACNH
Most of the content leaked by the miners has already come to the game. However, one update that everyone was waiting for enthusiastically was the arrival of Brewster, our favorite pigeon, after the game. The long wait to Brewster to end our islands on foot.
The anniversary update would be the perfect opportunity for Nintendo to add another popular villain from previous editions of the game. It could add new elements to the game, such as a cafe for Brewster to run when Nintendo finally decides to add him to the game.
This is just one of the many assumptions about how Nintendo wants to end a fantastic year for Animal Crossing: New Horizons. The game contributed greatly to the success of the Nintendo Switch. It certainly deserves an explosion for his anniversary.
