‘In my mind, what they had to do with the Sharon Osbourne thing is to go back, get on the horse again the next day, speak it out in the air. Keep talking, ‘the TV producer told Australian radio program The Kyle And Jackie O Show.

‘Now we’re investigating [The Talk] and we investigate what happened. It’s like just keeping talking, ‘he continues.

Radio host Kyle Sandilands agrees, adding that ‘just keep talking’ has always been his mantra when it comes to controversy.

“It’s the only way to get through a tide of s ** t, by continuing to talk about it and continuing to be genuine and honest with each other,” he said.

Jackie ‘O’ Henderson, co-host of Kyle, questioned whether it was too late for Sharon to return to The Talk.

“Now it’s just going to be uncomfortable. They can not come back from this now. ‘

It comes amid fears that Sharon will never return to The Talk after CBS launched an investigation following her on-air discussion with co-host Sheryl Underwood about Piers’ comments on Megan Markle.

Last week, Piers left the Good Morning Britain show after saying he did not believe a word Meghan said in her Oprah interview, in which she revealed that she had considered suicide during her time as senior royal.

Sharon testified shortly after his departure from Good Morning Britain in support of Piers, saying: ‘I am with you. I stand by you. People forget that you are being paid for your opinion and that you are only telling your truth. ‘

Sheryl addressed Sharon on the Twitter address and asked, ‘What would you say to people who feel that while standing with your friend, it appears that you gave something he said that was racist, or a safe haven ? , even if you do not agree? ‘

Sharon retorted, saying she felt she was being put on ‘the electric chair’ because she had him as a friend.

She asked her co-host to show her what Piers said was racist.

“If anyone’s crying, it must be me”: Sharon chatted about her tweet about The Talk, saying she felt like she was being put on “the electric chair” because she had him as a friend.

At one point, Sharon told Sheryl, ‘Don’t try to cry. If anyone cries, I have to be. ‘

Sharon said in an ET interview that she felt blinded by Underwood when she was questioned on the air last week about her support for Morgan and his right to free speech.

In the aftermath of the collision on air, CBS canceled The Talk’s episodes for Monday and Tuesday and would return the program on Wednesday.

However, CBS has since confirmed The Talk will only be back next week while an investigation is conducted.
