“I’m really excited to spend five hours with you in New York and get drunk,” Cohen said. “As it’s a super fun New Year’s Eve plan for me. So I want to hang out with you, and we’re not going to turn this show around.”
This year’s show will feature some of the biggest stars of the year, including Leslie Jordan, Sarah Cooper, Desus and Mero and John Mayer.
The past three years have yielded some memorable moments that they checked out during the interview. Most striking is probably that Cooper, to say the least, reacts unfavorably to shots they took along. Cohen said the alcohol selected this year is tequila.
And Cooper would not let Cohen quit the program without asking him about his hair that Cohen has grown out of this year.
“When friends, you know, care about each other, they feel it’s okay to just bring something up,” Cooper said. “So I just want to talk a little bit about your hair. Look, what’s going on with your hair, honey?”
Cohen responded by saying that it was ‘the year of Covid’ and that many people were growing their hair, but he would have it cut in January.
