Analogous says the pre-orders of the bag come again with the additional bone protection

If you missed the pre-order of Analogue’s Pocket gaming computer, there’s good news: additional pre-orders are coming, and Analogue says it’s implementing bot and scalper protection to help ward off merchants.

In a new post, Analogue outlined their plans for 2021 pre-orders.

Analog says they are implementing ‘robust’ bot protection, and all orders placed with bots will be canceled and the stock will be reassigned to real customers. For human scalpers, Analogue says they will partner with eBay to cancel and cancel accounts that sell access to a pre-order, in violation of eBay’s Terms of Service.

“The current global trend has led to effects affecting the global supply chain, temporarily slowing down our ability to keep many of our products in stock (Super Nt, Mega Sg) and reducing Pocket’s production capacity,” said Analogue. . . “We are aware that many users are frustrated that Pocket pre-orders are selling out fast and that Super Nt and Mega Sg are currently unavailable.”

Analogue says it is also taking measures to prevent them from getting errors in the calculator, which delays some shipments and prevents some people from completing orders.

You can sign up for pre-order notifications on Analogue’s website.

The Analogue Pocket is a modern remake of the Nintendo Game Boy. Featuring a sleek, minimalist design (like a Game Boy as suggested by a PS4 designer), the Pocket is compatible with 2,780 Game Boy, Game Boy Color and Game Boy Advance cartridges. It also works with cartridge adapters for Game Gear, Neo Geo Pocket, Atari Lynx and others. Although it has 10 times the resolution of a Game Boy screen, the Pocket can also use an “original playback mode” to repeat the look of the original game. As if that’s not enough, the Pocket also features its own music and game design software. You can read our full preview here.

The first wave of analog calculators will begin shipping in May 2021.
