The Chinese company Foxconn unveiled at least two of its models before the end of this year.
Foxconn’s president, Young Liu, has announced that his company will present its “two or three” first electric vehicles based on its MIH platform in the quarter this year, Nikkei Asia reports.
This Taiwanese manufacturer combines critical components with Apple’s state-of-the-art technology and hopes that this line of business will provide a new source of input that compensates for the deceleration in the mobile phone industry.
MIH, designed to reduce the time and resources needed to produce electric cars, including a chassis, a electronic architecture and solutions to support the autonomous driving.
