Amber Heard teases to return to Aquaman franchise with a setback from the series of original films

Amber Heard posted a tweet this Saturday in which she teases her role in Aquaman 2, in which she portrays her character from the first film.

The 34-year-old was locked up in a years-long feud with her ex-husband Johnny Depp in which they denied each other’s explosive allegations of domestic violence.

She had earlier denied rumors that she had been expelled from the franchise, claiming that there had been ‘paid campaigns’ to fire her.

Heard’s new tweet included a photo of her reading a novel during a brief hiatus on the set of the first Aquaman movie.

“Before Aquaman took the last pages of this book,” she wrote, adding: “# gettingakindleforaquaman2 @aquamanmovie.”

While promoting the first Aquaman movie in 2018, Heard appeared on Good Morning America that the leading man Jason Momoa ‘used this method to rip out the pages of my book so I would pay attention to him. It will drive me crazy because I have 30 pages left and it will be gone. ‘

Heard confirmed last November that she will be in the sequel and tells Entertainment Weekly: ‘Paid rumors and paid campaigns on social media do not determine [casting decisions] because they have no basis in reality. ‘

Her new tweet about the sequel to Aquaman comes less than two weeks after she posted an Instagram video expressing her gratitude to her well-wishers.

“I just want to say a big thank you to all my online fans – online fans and my fans,” she said before apologizing for the death threats. ‘

In 2018, she claims she received death threats and lost her job after accusing Johnny of abuse, and in November 2020, his fans maliciously rolled her over on Twitter.

Trolls targeted her five months ago after a judge in the UK ruled that Johnny was violent during the marriage, and some told her they wanted her.

One tweet reads: ‘#AmberHeardisAnAbuser your big b **** I hope you burn in hell for everything you did … #JusticeForJohnnyDepp Johnny is a great guy who deserves more. AMBER HEARS YOU PAY FOR THIS! ‘

Heard’s new Instagram video shows her sitting on the beach and hitting a cheerful tone as she tells her followers, ‘Thank you so much for all you do to support me. I know it’s not easy sometimes, but I appreciate it. ‘

In another shot, she told her fans: “But also sorry for the death threats” and at one point whispered for the apology. “Thank you I love you!”

Depp, 57, and Heard have been embroiled in a lawsuit since different lawsuits since she filed for divorce in May 2016.

Days after she filed for divorce, she accused him of domestic abuse and obtained a temporary restraint against him.

Depp vehemently denied the allegations, but was hit hard last year when he lost a defamation suit against The Sun for calling himself a “woman hitter.”

Judge Mr. Justice Nicol of the High Court in England and Wales ruled that The Sun’s allegation was ‘materially true’.

Depp had to pay £ 628,000 ($ 861,000) in legal fees – and although he tried to appeal the Supreme Court ruling, he was turned down in March.

Meanwhile, Depp Heard is also suing for defamation in Virginia for a Washington Post essay in which she said she was a victim of domestic violence.

“Thank you so much for all you do to support me”: She said: “I know it’s not easy sometimes, but I appreciate it.”

Heard filed a $ 100 million counterclaim against him after his former lawyer Adam Waldman dismissed her allegations as part of a ‘sexually violent joke’.

A portion of her counterclaim – in which she accused Depp of trying to hurt her career by putting social media after her – was thrown out.

However, both Depp’s $ 35 million case against Heard in Virginia and her $ 100 million counterclaim are currently ongoing.

During their feud, she included photos of herself with bruises and scars, and he provided photos of himself with facial injuries.

Early last year, DailyMail.com received exclusively audio recordings of Heard admitting that he had ‘beaten’ Depp and thrown ‘pots and pans’ at him.

She’s heard saying she’d slapped you right in the face, but I hit you, it did not hit you with your fist. Babe, you are not bumped. ‘

On the recording – which was made during a two-hour informal ‘therapy’ session on a cellphone on her phone, she also mocked him for fleeing their quarrel, calling him ‘such a baby’ and teased him: ‘Grow the f *** up. ‘

Rumors spread at the end of February this year that Amber was fired for repeating her Aquaman role of Mara in the sequel.

However, a Hollywood Reporter journalist tweeted: “Trusted by a reliable source that reports that Amber Heard ‘Aquaman 2’ was fired are inaccurate. ‘

Heard got into a word fight with Waldman last week when he tweeted photos of her during a photo shoot after Depp gave her ‘black eyes’.

Heard responded on Twitter: “Yes, Mr. Waldman, I may be wearing makeup on this occasion, but on every occasion you will still be short.”

Last week, she also reported on social media that she is the ‘vaccination queen’ after being vaccinated against the coronavirus.
