MADISON, Wis. The Justice Department has canceled an AMBER warning for a missing 3-year-old girl.
The Department of Justice issued an AMBER warning just before 5 a.m. Monday. Police believe the girl was last seen Sunday at 5pm in the 1000th Street of South 15th Street in Milwaukee.
Police said she was chased by a 20-year-old man in a black Chevrolet Malibu with Illinois plate. Police said a suspect is now in custody, but did not specify whether the suspect described in the warning is the one arrested.
