Amazon announces these markets have plans to launch a medical attention service for employers throughout the United States, which will include rapid access to telemedicine and medical home visits.
The Amazon Care initiative, which has recently been offered a limited number of employee offers, has “millions” of people as part of a benefit in the work place, the company said.
“To offer Amazon Care as a benefit in the workplace, employees are inviting health and benefit from its most important asset: its employees,” said Amazon’s blog post.
The proposal will offer “a range of primary and urgent attention services”, but will not be replaced by full medical care.

Amazon Care includes a mobile application that allows people to connect with medical professionals via video or chat “generally in less than 60 seconds”.
A second performance, available in some areas, will allow the attendant attention with a health professional in the patient’s home for certain services, such as blood extractions or some exams.
Now, Amazon Care has received medical attention for its employees and families only in the state of Washington.

Washington and Baltimore
The attendant attention, therefore, is amplified in the cities of Washington and Baltimore and other locations in the coming months.
The new service will be available for “tamaños company visits” and will cover tests of covid-19 and flu, vacancies, treatment of injuries and lesions, preventive attention, sexual health and requests for recipes.
