Alex Rodriguez jumped on a plane to visit Jennifer Lopez in the Dominican Republic after we exclusively revealed that the couple is unconditional.
“Happy Monday. New week. New day. Forward. Upward,” he posted in an Instagram story showing the sea and tagging Lopez.
Lopez, 51, is filming her new movie, “Shotgun Wedding,” in the Dominican Republic.
On Friday, Page Six revealed that the relationship between the striking pair has hit the rocks and that they have been working for the past few weeks to split their assets.
However, the couple issued a statement on Saturday saying they were “working through some things”.
Sources told Page Six that they had been chatting all night after our bomb report, and that “they’re trying to work things through … but it’s unclear if that means staying together.”
They were preparing Friday to tell their children of their split, sources close to the couple told us exclusively. Lopez shares twelve-year-old twins Emme and Max with ex-husband Marc Anthony, while Rodriguez (45) is the father of two daughters, Natasha and Ella, with ex-Cynthia Scurtis.
A source also said over the weekend over the couple: ‘The last two weeks they have not been together and the last few days they have not been well … They have had some crazy problems.
