Alex Rodriguez has confirmed that he is currently in a relationship after several reports that he divorced fiancée Jennifer Lopez.
The 45-year-old former MLB star was first spotted walking to his gym in Florida after he and Lopez confirmed they were “working through some things” in a statement that dispelled rumors that they ended their engagement and the split for good.
On Saturday, a TMZ photographer asked Rodriguez if he was unmarried as he entered the complex, to which the former New York Yankee undeniably replied in the negative.
“I’m not [single]”No,” he said laughing to the photographer.

When he left the gym, photographers caught him getting a call from Lopez in which he told her he would call her back soon. During the short call, he referred to the singer and actress as ‘babe’.

Rodriguez and the 51-year-old singer “On the Floor” issued a joint statement on Saturday in which they explained that the reports about the end of their relationship were ‘inaccurate’.
“All the reports are inaccurate. We are working on a few things,” the couple’s joint statement read.
A source further told Fox News that although reports of their dissolution were premature, the two have recently experienced problems.
“Nothing was concrete. They hit a rough spot, but are working on it,” the source said.
Many of the speculations stem from a report in Page Six pointing to an earlier rumor that surfaced earlier this year about Rodriguez and Madison LeCroy, the ‘Southern Charm’ star. However, a source told Fox News that a third party ‘does not’ contribute to the couple’s recent problems.
However, neither Rodriguez nor Lopez have yet answered what their problems actually are.

During a special reunion for the show in January, Bravo host Andy Cohen revealed that LeCroy allegedly had a very famous, married former MLB player.

Fans noted that Rodriguez liked her Instagram photos, which led to speculation that he was the athlete in question – despite the fact that he was just engaged, not married.
Meanwhile, Lopez recently revealed that she and Rodriguez have seen a therapist.
“It was really good. We had to work on ourselves,” she told Allure. “We did therapy. I think it was very helpful for us in our relationship.”

Despite therapy, however, a source told People that the duo has been on the rocks for almost three months now.

“They tried to keep it together for the kids, but everyone knew it would not work,” the insider told the outlet. ‘They would buy a mega mansion together, and then it did not happen, once they withdrew all their friends down here [in Miami] knew.”
The last official public event Lopez and Rodriguez attended together was the inauguration of President Joe Biden, where Lopez performed.

The “Hustlers” star sang a mashup of the beloved Woody Guthrie national anthem, “This Land Is Your Land”, the patriotic national anthem “America the Beautiful” and her own hit “Let’s Get Loud”.
The two dated in February 2017 before they became engaged in March 2019. Lopez shares 13-year-old twins Max and Emme with her ex-husband Marc Anthony. Rodriguez is with his daughters Ella (12) and Natasha (16) with his ex-wife Cynthia Scurtis.
