AirPods with wireless boot for $ 130 and 4 more great Monday deals

Good morning, fellow cheap skates! Have you ever wondered what goes through my head when I choose offers to share? This is the essence of it: is it a real product at a good price from a reputable seller?

As noted in the small blur above, I select the items that appear on these pages. No one else is involved; it’s just me and my cheap mischievous senses. And while some links do generate commission revenue for CNET (a model used across the interwebs), they are never the driving force. As for the sellers, I only work with those I know and trust.

Yes, sometimes things go awry. Products suddenly sell out, promotional codes expire, orders are canceled without explanation, something arrives that was not as described. I wish I could ensure a perfect deal every time, but that’s just not possible. All I can tell you is that every transaction I share is done in good faith. And if you feel you have received an unusable transaction from a seller, I will do my best to help.

Wireless charging is great, but is it worth spending an extra $ 40 to get AirPods with a wireless charging bay? Absolutely not.

Today you do not have to: Walmart has it for a limited time, and while the stock lasts, for $ 130, the lowest price I’ve ever seen, and $ 29 below the regular price of AirPods with the standard case. Read our Apple AirPods review for more information on both versions.

Yes, there are countless AirPods alternatives that cost less, many of which are pretty good. But if you want AirPods, this is the best thing.

Coincidentally, Amazon currently has the AirPods Pro for sale for $ 200, one of the biggest discounts since Black Friday. In addition to wireless charging, you get leading-edge active noise cancellation.

Muson

Amazon seller: Misound

Price: $ 13.49 with on-page 15% off coupon and promotional code J7NUUCBT

The Nintendo Switch is almost universally loved, but it lacks one important feature: support for Bluetooth audio. If you want audio privacy, you need to turn on wired phones – or spend money on a Bluetooth adapter. Fortunately, there was rarely a better deal with one of the latter.

This one plugs into the USB-C port and delivers ultra-low latency sound to your wireless headphones. It also allows recharging.

Many similar products sell for $ 25- $ 50, so this is indeed a bargain.

WisFox

Amazon seller: Xigesi

Price: $ 16.80 with promo code GQ7IRF4Z

So did you buy a large monitor to go with your laptop? Now you need a mouse and keyboard to complete the “desktop PC” setup. If you are trying to do it cheaply, look no further. I have seldom seen a combination like this that is so low.

A single “nano” USB receiver (stored in the mouse’s battery compartment) connects both devices to your computer, which means the setup is simple to plug-and-play: no monkey with Bluetooth.

All you need is a few AAA batteries for the keyboard and an AA for the mouse.

Mint Mobile

The long-term Cheapskate favorite Mint Mobile charges $ 60 for your first three months on the 8 GB plan, and then $ 105 for each additional three months on the same plan.

If you’re a new customer, this startup package can earn you $ 30 for just the first three months. Once that is over, you can decide if you want to continue or look at other options. For example, if you can get by with less data and do not mind paying six or even 12 months in advance, there are even cheaper plans available.

Dreametech

Amazon seller: Dreametech USA

Price: $ 252 with promo code IMHFREQJ

Amazon hosts dozens of wireless holidays that are seemingly similar, some of which are even cheaper, but the Dreametech model offers some key benefits. To begin with, there is the sharp little status screen that shows the working mode, reminders for filter replacement, and so on.

It also has one of the better batteries you can find, which can deliver up to 70 minutes of running time. You can recharge it directly with the AC adapter, or plug it into the supplied wall bracket / charger.

Like many of these, the T20 switches between stick and hand configurations. The attachment for the latter, however, is a powered rotating brush, not just a plastic tube. It makes it much better to clean stairs and floor mats, for example, than other vacuum cleaners I have ever tried.

That said, I can not speak with long-term reliability (I only had it for about a week). A few customer reviews indicate possible problems in the department.
