U.S. Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, DN.Y., called on Twitter late Thursday to call out the prosecutor in the Adam Toledo shooting death case in Chicago.
Prosecutors told the court earlier this month that Toledo, the 13-year-old who was fatally shot by a Chicago police officer, had a gun in his hand when he was killed.

Chicago’s Police Judging Board released the video of the shooting on March 29 on Thursday. It shows a foot chase with the officer begging the teen to stop running.
