Aaron Rodgers opens up about his recent engagement to actress Shailene Woodley.
According to Green Bay Packers (37) forward, this is one of the best things that has happened to him in the past year.
In an Instagram Live conversation with Julien Tornare, CEO of Zenith Watches, Rodgers said, “I recently got engaged and enjoyed that part of my life.”
“This is obviously the best thing that has happened to me over the past year,” the NFL star, who is a brand ambassador, added.

Rodgers also talked about his future plans and that includes children.
The ‘next big challenge is to be a father,’ he said. I am “in the age group where many of my good friends from high school and university are now fathers and have their own families,” he added.

Rodgers quickly made it clear that children are not “in the immediate future, but definitely something I look forward to, it’s going to be a very pleasant challenge.”
Woodley, 29, confirmed their involvement in an appearance in “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon”.
“I never thought I would be engaged to someone throwing balls for a living,” the actress joked.

The “Big Little Lies” star added that she’d not had to go to a football game yet and before I met him, I had never seen one football game … I did not really grow up with sports, especially not American sports, it was never really on my radar. ‘
