Whether he’s retiring, traveling to Los Angeles during the season, or before the training camp and during the bee week full of spectacular equipment, Aaron Rodgers, the Packers’ eighth man, will soon decide. Based on his performance through five episodes as a host of Jeopardy! Can Rodgers indeed be offered the job as the permanent new host of the program.
Rodgers initially seemed to be simply following Alex Trebek. By the end of the week, Rodgers seemed to have developed himself, which is usually the best way to be.
Rodgers was smooth, loose and funny without overdoing it. He dropped a ‘Turd Ferguson’ on Tuesday and he made a weed reference on Wednesday.
Rodgers also seems to have taken the conversation about the fateful field goal decision in the NFC champion well, dropping the reputation of being so sensitive that he’s sensitive to being called sensitive.
