It’s official: Aaron Rodgers and Shailene Woodley are getting married.
A source close to the couple confirmed to People that Woodley, 29, is the fiancée of the 37-year-old Rodgers, just days after the Green Bay Packers full-back revealed that he was engaged.
“They are very happy together,” the source told the magazine. ‘It’s not surprising that he proposed so quickly. If you know, you know, right? ‘
Rodgers revealed he was engaged over the weekend while accepting this year’s most valuable player award during the NFL honor, but did not confirm at the time who the lucky lady was.
“It’s an honor to win this award for the third time. 2020 was definitely a crazy year, filled with lots of change, growth, wonderful memorable moments. 180 days in a row after my nose hair was scraped. “I played for very few fans all season or had no stalls, and I played some of the best football of my career,” said Rodgers.
But his exciting announcement comes just after reports that he was dating actress ‘Big Little Lies’, which makes many speculate that the duo is on their way.
Rodgers broke up with girlfriend Danica Patrick in July after two years of dating. He dated actress Olivia Munn earlier from 2014 to 2017.
Meanwhile, Woodley is romantically linked to rugby player Ben Volavola.
Their representatives did not immediately respond to our request for comment.
