The Spanish company GPA has won a tender from the Inter-American Bank of Development (BID) to evaluate and make proposals for the best passenger transportation market in six countries in the Americas and the Caribbean.
This information is the domain of the regional governor of Catalonia (northernmost), a Catalan company analyzing the competitiveness, regulatory quality and operation of this sector in Nicaragua, Honduras, Costa Rica, Panama, El Salvador and the Dominican Republic, has a bid of 235,000 dollars, 199,900 euros.
The CEO of the company, Jaume Adrover, explains the six countries share “the sensation of being in favor of opportunities in the passenger transport sector such as the development of tourism development, foreign investment attraction and the generation of more economic activity”.
The six, added, “their peoples are peer-to-peer in a strategic geographic area, given the penetration of those costs that are generally pequeña, and need to estimate the crime favoring competitiveness”.
Part of the GPA tariff will consist of designing a route high together with integration means of the different space areas that allow more competitiveness, as well as analyzing the current barriers regulators that define the entry of new companies.
