(CNN) – A 30-year-old northern California man who suffers from a severe mental health crisis has been spotted by police officers arrogant about his night for about five minutes at a time, his family’s lawyers said.
Angelo Quinto has been a “friend of well-being, depression and paranoia during his previous months”, he will sue his family’s lawyers for a guilty plea, presented on 18 February.
His husband, Isabella Collins, called the police at her home in Antioch, California, on December 23, because she last had her mother, said the family’s attorney, John L. Burris, during a press conference, on February 18th.
Before the police, Quinto’s mother, the woman was arrested against her crime with the men who had already left her for a minute and “she started calming down”, she said. When the agents of the Department of Police of Antioch, Burris said that he had no intention of understanding the situation and, in the meantime, immediately took Quinto of the braces of his mother.
Quinto lost the message and was transferred to a local hospital, where he died three days later, said family lawyers on demand.

The death of Quinto, without investigations
In the two months since the death of Quinto, the police have not issued a press release regarding the incident. The Department of Police of Antioch and the Forensic Division of the Sheriff of the Contra Costa do not respond to requests for comment, Monday.
“These agents of the Antioch Police have been involved with Angelo but did not disclose his whereabouts to the youth and inexplicably commented on using the ‘George Floyd’ technique to locate a rodilla in the posterior and lateral part of its column, ignoring the details of it. The cause of Quinto’s death is now pending, Monday’s Monday at the Forensic Office of the Sheriff of the Contra Costa on CNN. His death is being investigated by the District Tax Office of the Contra Costa.
Isabella Collins said she called the police with the hope of helping calm the situation.
