The family of the missing California woman Maya “May” Millete continued to search for the mother of three and hold rallies to raise awareness about her disappearance Saturday.
Since January 7, when she first went missing at her home in Chula Vista, California, Maya has not been heard from.

Family and friends are holding rallies at three different venues in Chula Vista on Saturday to lift support and continue the search.
“People from all over the world who knew her, who worked with her in the past, went to university with her,” Maya’s brother-in-law Richard Drouaille told Fox News on Saturday. “She touched so many people and it was proven by the support we received. It was a blessing.”
Maya’s husband, Larry Millete, did not show up at the recent rallies.
“We wish he was here to help us. Come help us find your wife,” Drouaille said. “Unfortunately it does not happen.”

MISSING WEST VIRGINIA WOMAN FOUND DEAD IN WALMART PARKING PARTY, POLICE INVESTIGATION
Larry Millete told FOX 5 in the days after his wife went missing that he thought she was gone to find time alone.
“At first I thought so,” Larry Millete told the local news station last month. “But as the days go by, it’s very unlikely that this is it, because she will not be away that long. I’m still very hopeful that she’s going to show up with all this media coverage and say, ‘Hey, I’m okay . ‘”
In recent weeks, however, he has retained a lawyer and no longer cooperates with the police, reports FOX 5.
“He does have a lawyer and does not want to talk to the family. He is staying away,” Drouaille told Fox News on Saturday.
Larry Millete could not be reached for comment Friday or Saturday.

Chula Vista police chief Roxana Kennedy said during a rally on Friday that the police “cannot share all the steps in our investigative process because we can not jeopardize our investigation”, but promised that “her entire crime and violence team has been working on this case for 24 hours since day one. ‘
Kennedy also noted that the case at her and the Chula Vista police station struck a chord.
“I want you to know that I am a mother and that my children are my world, and I know that May’s children meant everything to her,” Kennedy said Friday.

Maya has three children aged 4, 9 and 11 years.
“Her children, they need their mother. Please help us find my sister. Anyone out there, if you have any information, please help me, help us find my sister,” said Maya’s sister, Maricris Drouaillet, said during the rally. Friday.

Police searched Maya’s home in Chula Vista on January 23 and said interviews with “family, friends and co-workers did not help locate her.”
Her phone has been turned off and both of her cars are still at her home, according to a GoFundMe used to fund investigation services and search for items.
