It was the second consecutive week that a jackpot-winning Powerball ticket was purchased in North Jersey. Someone who bought a ticket at a Clfton store won the $ 23.3 million jackpot on January 23rd.

There were also four-second prize tickets that matched five numbers sold for Saturday’s draw, including a $ 1 million Pennsylvania ticket and a $ 2 million Delaware ticket.

Wednesday’s jackpot is estimated at about $ 20 million with a cash option of $ 15 million.

Powerball is played Wednesday and Saturday in 45 states, Washington DC, the US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico.
