James Franco‘s sexual misconduct has been settled.
Franco, who presented a play in Studio 4 – the film school he founded – is accused by students of putting them in free and exploitative sexual situations.
Students filed a lawsuit, saying Franco forced the class to stage intimate and explicit sex scenes in an “orgy-type environment.”
The class in question was called a master class on sex scenes.
Both sides announced the settlement to the trial judge, although the terms of the agreement were not disclosed. Specifically, there is no question of money.
Franco opened the school in 2014. It closed three years later.
