Demi Burnett – A ‘Bachelor’ alum that has appeared Colton Underwood‘s season – says she’s sorry she’s wearing a controversial Yeezy jacket … with a symbol of hate plastered on it.
Demi posted an apology video Tuesday night in which she claims she just thought she made a cool jacket out of it Kanye West … and did not even think that the Confederate flag was affixed to the arm.

She says … ‘I only wore it one night, it was a Yeezy jacket, I thought it was so cool, I was like,’ Yeah, Yeezy! ‘And I did not even like it, mind you. This is ignorance. ‘
Demi adds that she did not realize how harmful the symbol is to people, and says … “I’m so sorry. Like, I’m disgusted with myself. I’m ashamed. It does not even matter how I feel “I’m just sorry, because it’s not what I stand for, it’s not what I’m about. And I’m really angry that I ever wore it.”
She claims the jacket was a gift from the father of her former musician Slater Davis – and he shared the photo on his Instagram story … so it looks like it was taken last year before they divorced.
Demi’s jacket scandal comes amid much bigger race-related controversy in ‘Bachelor’ country … as host Chris Harrisonsee step away from the show because he allegedly excused historical racism – and specifically for defending the past of the current ‘Bachelor’ contestant, Rachael Kirkconnell.

As for the Yeezy jacket … Kanye defended the design in 2013 by claiming to take back the Confederate flag and make it his own.
