6ix9ine and Meek Mill ran into each other on Saturday night (February 13), and things got almost physical between the two rappers.
There has been a video of both artists undergoing a heated exchange while being surrounded by their respective security details in a parking garage. In the shaky clip, which looks like it was taken by Tekashi, he yells at Meek as their bodyguards enter between them. “Yo with police, nigga. That nigga’s a cop,” shouts 6ix9ine while Meek shouts too.
In another video Meek posted in his Instagram Story, apparently taken after the dust had settled, he approached members of 6ix9ine’s security and braaied them. “You all bitch security brings 6ix9ine here, right?” Meek says while the men try to ignore him. ‘What are you trying to keep me locked up? Clown-gat-niggas. Why the fuck do you even bring the clown here? ‘
Meek later commented on the quarrel on social media: “The co-workers sent him to take me out,” he wrote. “He had to spit on him so he pulled back lol. He was really waiting for me outside the club. I thought I was dreaming WTF. We almost smoked him lol. He was a small threat that appeared in the parking lot and on me wait.”
Of course, Tekashia ran on social media and also commented. “Stop lying to these rappers for you. They’re hard for safety. @MeekMill is running with the police. That’s how you expose these fake gangsters.”
Gentle and 6ix9ine have a history of contempt for each other. It started when Meek Mill dressed Tekashi while he was still in jail. 6ix9ine later slams back at the Philly rapper after doing a song with Meek’s ex, Nicki Minaj. Meek fired back by calling Tekashi an informant with a keyboard, leading to the New York rhyme trying to Dreams and nightmares artist.
The confrontation comes because 6ix9ine has teased a new single that he has yet to drop.
