6ix9ine found himself in some more hot water after a visit to a strip club in Miami, where a dancer claimed he hit her on the head with a bottle.

TMZ reports that Tekashi swung the bottle after someone criticized him for being a jerk. However, he apparently missed that person and instead beat Alexis Salaberrios. She has since filed a lawsuit against the rapper over a violent incident that took place on February 20 in Gold Rush Cabaret.

According to court documents, she 69 threw a “deadly object with the intent to commit serious bodily injury”. Her lawyer, David M. Tarlow, told the store it was a champagne bottle. She says she had to be taken to the ER, where she braced her head wound close together. She is suing 6ix9ine for a serious battery.

In the court documents, it appears that Salaberrios is also taking Gold Rush to court, where she is suing the club for serious negligence. She claims the club does not have enough security around the rapper, especially because he has a ‘propensity for violence’. Salaberrios claims that club staff removed 6ix9ine after she was hit on the head and urged her not to call the police, but she did not listen and eventually reported the incident.

6ix9ine apparently believes the lawsuit is just a money move. His lawyer, Lance Lazzaro, told TMZ that the Brooklyn resident was not involved in the situation, adding: ‘There are video cameras in the business. It’s an attempt to shake him off. If he is served properly, we will move immediately to have it dismissed. ”
