5 Roku Deals: Our Favorite TV Devices Are Offering

Roku makes great devices for power. Its interface is not the most modern or flashy, but it’s simple to set up and use – even the least technologically inclined can notice it. If you recently cut the cable ties or just need to upgrade your current setup, Roku is a great way to go.

Most of the Roku devices we tested and recommended are currently discounted, so this is a great time to buy if you were in the market.

We found Roku deals

Roku has many devices, so we have created a guide to find the right Roku for you. Whether you want to spend as little as possible on a small, modest device, or can jump to the soundbar, there is something in the Roku family that you can address.

  • Best Choice – Streaming Stick Plus for $ 43 ($ 7 off): The Streaming Stick Plus works with HD or 4K HDR TVs and is the choice for most people. It has dual-band Wi-Fi with a longer range and can be connected to 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz networks – which is especially nice if you live in a city apartment. Plus, it has voice search, and the remote control can control the volume and power of your TV. Just make sure your TV has the space to plug it out of the HDMI port. It’s also discounted on Amazon, but costs $ 46.
  • Roku Ultra for $ 91 ($ 9 off): We’ve seen this price over the last month or so. The Ultra features are similar to the Streaming Stick Plus, but it has a faster processor which makes it better for live TV. There is a headphone jack on the remote control (and it has a nice earplug) so you can watch TV at night without waking up your housemates.
  • Roku Premiere for $ 25 ($ 10 discount): The premiere is bare legs. It has no voice search, and you can not control the volume or power of your TV with the remote control. Choose this one if you want to spend as little as possible but still get support for your 4K TV. You can also get it at Target.
  • Roku Smart Soundbar for $ 150 ($ 30 off): If you spend a lot of time on TV or movies, an audio bar is a good investment. This one has a built-in Roku, so you do not have to think about setting up multiple devices. It does not have a subwoofer, so we recommend it for smaller rooms. We have a complete audio bar guide for other, more advanced audio options.
  • Roku Streambar for $ 110 ($ 20 off): The Streambar is more compact than the soundbar above. It’s only $ 40 cheaper, so if you have the space, it probably makes sense to spend the extra money to get the better sound, but the Streambar is good for smaller spaces as it’s only 14 inches long. You can also get it from Target discount.

If you are not convinced that Roku will work for you, we also have a guide to the best streaming devices from all the major brands. I suggest you watch the Chromecast with Google TV.
