4 injured, 1 dead after shooting at car repair shop in Memphis, police say – FOX13 News Memphis

MEMPHIS, Tennessee – One person was killed and three others, including a mother and a child, were injured in a shooting at a Memphis neighborhood on Saturday afternoon.

Police in Memphis said the shooting took place at about 5.20pm in the Wells Auto Center near the intersection of Western Park Drive and South Third Street.

When FOX13 appeared on the scene, police searched at least three different scenes in the Westwood area.

MPD confirmed to FOX13 that the three scenes were related to the shooting.

According to police, at least 2 people were shot and gunshot wounded.

One man who was shot dead died after arriving at Regional One Hospital, police said.

Police said a child and a woman were also hit by bullets, but they are expected to be fine.

The woman and child were also taken to hospital, according to police.

Another man injured in the shooting also drove a personal vehicle to Regional One Hospital, police said.

MPD said the man is in a stable condition.

No information about the shooter or shooters has been released at this time.
