The Laredo base starts at the said $ 36,995. Inside there is a large standard touch screen. It is 10.2 inches and is equipped with the latest generation of the excellent UConnect 5. Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are both standard. If you have a family with a lot of devices, it will not be difficult to charge it in the interior. There are a total of 12 USB ports in different locations inside.

There is also the standard range of driver safety systems, such as lane departure warning, rear cross-country detection and forward collision warning. Heated power-folding mirrors, 18-inch wheels, rags and automatic temperature control complete some standard features. It is fairly equipped.

Next is the Limited Finish. Starting at $ 43,995, it builds on the Laredo by offering more luxurious features. It’s also the decoration where Jeep’s Selec Terrain driving system is standard when equipped with four – wheel drive. Inside, there are standard Capri leather seats with power and heating for the first two rows, a premium sound system with six speakers and surrounding interior line.

The Overland finish is next in the series. Starting at $ 52,995, this is the finish where the Hemi V8 is available. Remember, you can only get the Hemi with four-wheel drive. Yes, that means you will have to spend big money to get V8 power. The V8 is $ 3,295 more than the Overland 4X4 with the V6. That means a Grand Cherokee L Overland V6 4X4 starts at $ 54,995. A base Overland 4X4 V8 is therefore almost $ 60,000 at $ 58,290. It does come off luxurious. There are chrome accents on the outside of things like towing brackets and mirrors. You can get an available contrasting roof in glossy black paint, 20-inch wheels and door handles that let the light in and provide a great presence. Inside, there are heated and cooled Nappa leather seats, an Alpine sound system with nine speakers, a panodak and a power-folding third row as standard features.

Last is the top of the line Summit. Starting at $ 56,995, it’s almost the best Grand Cherokee L. You can make it even more luxurious with a premium package called the Summit Reserve, which starts at about $ 62,000. There are padded Nappa leather seats inside for all three rows. This is interesting as most automakers offering leather on three-wheel drive vehicles usually do not cover the third row in leather. There is an oak steering wheel, an adjustable driver’s seat with 16 directions, a five-mode massage function for the front seats and a climate control with four zones.

Whatever Grand Cherokee L model you choose, it will be a well-equipped and spacious addition to the three-wheel drive SUV / crossover segment. It will be nice if you get the Hemi V8 on the bottom finishes for buyers who want cheaper towing power. The Grand Cherokee L hits this spring dealers.
