12 Trail Blazers players receive their first dose of vaccine on Monday

The Portland Trail Blazers have announced that 12 players in their rankings have received the first dose of Modner COVID-19 vaccine. A statement from the team indicated that 12 players received their first shot on Monday.

Today, 12 Trail Blazers players receive their first dose of Modner COVID-19 vaccine. Access to this surplus supply of vaccines was through the Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde, which began offering the vaccine to the general public in February as a way to help Oregon and the Nation move past the pandemic. The Trail Blazers organization and players are grateful to the Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde for making these vaccines available to the general public.

Along with the news, the Blazers organization encouraged members of the community to be vaccinated when they are eligible.
