1 dead, 2 injured in bus stop shot near Home Depot

HIALEAH TUINE, Fla. A shooting outside a Home Depot parking lot killed one man and sent two victims to a hospital.

It happened near a bus stop. A witness says the shooter was standing near him, as if waiting for a bus, and then suddenly opened fire and jumped on the scene.

The scene is in Northwest 138th Street of Okeechobee Road. At least four shell casings can be seen on the sidewalk.

Hialeah Gardens police were at the scene, but Miami-Dade police will investigate a murder.
