Following the Tampa Bay Buccaneers victory over the Washington Football Team last weekend, Washington newcomer Chase Young and Tampa Bay full-back Tom Brady met in midfield to exchange pleasures and wishes. Young called Brady the BOK and asked the 43-year-old for a favor: to send him his jersey.

This conversation was recorded through the microphone feature that NFL teams some players participate in, in the form of microphones in their booklets.

As it turns out, Brady kept his promise to the newcomer in Washington and even had some fun donating the sweater with his signature. Except that he addressed the defender and told him “BEST OF LUCK!” he adds a brutal “GO BLUE!” referring to the rivalry between Michigan (where Brady went to school) and Ohio State (where Young went to school).

At the end of Washington’s final game of the regular season, Young is caught on camera shouting ‘I WANT BRADY’ as he jumps over to the tunnel after his team scores a playoff spot. While he was unable to pack the quarterback and drop him in the game, he was able to get something almost as enjoyable: a quarterback jersey he considers the greatest of all time. Not a bad replacement.
