Embracer Group, a large web of European developers and publishers that includes THQ Nordic and Deep Silver, announced today that they have swallowed up Gearbox. The gang behind Borderlands and Aliens: Colonial Marines merges with Embracer to become the seventh operational group within the family. The deal is $ 363 million (£ 262 million) to start. The gearbox says it’s nice and they plan to grow.
