Rhythm action game Sound 2 will be released for PlayStation 5 and Xbox series along with its previously announced PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Switch and PC (Steam) versions in Q3 2021, Ratalaika Games and developer Tinimations have announced. It supports English, French, German, Spanish and Japanese on all platforms, as well as Russian, Korean and Simplified Chinese on PC.
‘Sound 2‘s gripping story will set out the details set out in the original Sound while providing an enhanced rhythm-action experience that everyone will love, “Tinimations founder Tom-Ivar Arntzen said in a press release.” I listened to player feedback and refined the game, focusing on what players love the most and made it even better. ‘

Beat enemies in rhythm with a mighty tuneblade. Realize the cadence of incoming attacks across 30 handmade stages with semi-procedural elements. Defeat powerful bosses that can transform the tissue of a universe formed around melody. Strive for perfection, adopt six sections of increasingly difficult songs at normal speeds and unlock faster versions of each using the mouse and keyboard, gamepad, drawing board or touchpad.
Crystal caves and ice deserts depicted in a techno-Greek art style, inspired by synth wave, musical symbolism and Mediterranean sculptures, form a beautiful backdrop for the pulsating journey. Follow the sound of 30 intense EDM songs by lead sound collaborator bLiNd, as well as Otographic Music, City Girl, James Landino and other artists on a narrative path that explores Klang’s past, the darkest corners and what follows.
