Sandra Bullock sold her Tybee Island vacation home and his guest house for a total of $ 4.175 million.
Bullock, the star of films such as ‘Speed’, ‘Gravity’ and ‘Bird Box’, which has twice been named the world’s highest paid actress, bought the properties in 2001 and 2002, according to property records.
